Remarks:
Designed by John in 1980-81 shortly after he got back from his cruise to the South Seas. She is built of Alaskan Yellow Cedar with each hull being made from 4 - 3/4 inch thick panels. She is an open wing design without even any pop outs on the vaka to be pounded by the seas. We took a 20 month family cruise to Mexico and Hawaii in 89 - 90. Anne and I will be leaving on an open ended voyage into the Pacific starting in January 2005.
